Unique skill · evolves from Scavenger
Scavenger gave you luck you had to switch on. Fortune’s Eye gives you more of it and never asks —
the luck is simply always there. On top of that it lets you see loot through terrain, which turns
a messy fight or a dark cave into a list of things you have not picked up yet.
Nothing worth having stays hidden.
Fortune’s Eye evolves from Scavenger. Three things gate it, and all three must be true at once
(defaults — your server can change any of them):
| Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
| Scavenger | mastered |
| Your EP | 100,000 |
| Bosses defeated | 5 |
Learning it then costs 1,000 magicule.
“Bosses” means the ones Tensura already counts for you — Orc Disaster, Ifrit, Charybdis, the
Elemental Colossus, Hinata and Gazel among them. This server’s
calamity bosses count toward the same total, so either route gets you there.
Scavenger is consumed. The moment Fortune’s Eye is learned, Scavenger is taken off your
skill list. You cannot hold both.
Evolving it is announced to the entire server. Everyone will know.
The passive, and the reason to take the skill at all.
You have Luck III permanently — Luck IV once Fortune’s Eye is mastered. There is no toggle
and no upkeep. As long as the skill is slotted, the effect is on your bar and stays on it.
That is a straight upgrade on Scavenger twice over: Scavenger’s passive was Luck II, and its
Luck III had to be toggled on and paid for.
Luck raises the quality of what you find — better loot rolls from chests and fishing, and better
outcomes on anything else on your server that reads the vanilla luck attribute.
The signature. A single press.
Every dropped item within range is outlined in gold, visible through walls, floors and
terrain, for 10 seconds. You are told how many items it found.
| Unmastered | Mastered | |
|---|---|---|
| Radius | 24 blocks | 40 blocks |
| Duration | 10 seconds | 10 seconds |
| Cost | 100 magicule | 100 magicule |
| Cooldown | 60 seconds | 30 seconds |
At 100 magicule it is one of the cheapest abilities in the addon. It highlights items lying on the
ground — things dropped by mobs, blown out of a chest, or lost in the grass. It does not open
containers or reveal ore.
