You don’t need a nation to get a piece of the nation-building systems. If you’re not in a
founded nation, you get your own version of perks and cyclical missions — funded from your own
bank account instead of a treasury. The moment you join or found a nation, these switch off and
the regular nation versions take over.
These faucets must be enabled on your server (they ride the same setting as Nations).
Open the Nation tab of the Codex — it shows the personal versions of Perks and Missions
automatically while you’re nationless.
Buyable, self-funded buffs — you pay for them out of your own bank balance, no nation required.
| Perk | Cost | Duration | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forge Focus | $50,000 | 1 week | Wider hammer sweet spots at the forge |
| Keen Senses | $100,000 | 1 week | +5% magicule and aura gain from kills |
| Wanderer’s Stride | $75,000 | 1 week | +5% movement speed |
| Hardy | $75,000 | 1 week | +2 max health |
| Frugal Hands | $50,000 | 1 week | Magicule-flow forge stages cost 10% less magicule |
(Prices and durations are defaults — your server can change them.)

Perks renew if you buy the same one again before it expires — the new week is simply added on.
The same cyclical-objective idea as nation missions, scaled down to one
player. You’re drawn 2 missions per cycle (default, server-configurable) from a pool covering
kills, forge crafts, EP growth, title collecting, travel distance and calamity-boss damage.
Missions share the same weekly cycle as nation missions, so everyone rolls at the same moment.
Completing a mission pays cash straight to your bank, plus a crate key; clearing both missions in
a cycle pays an extra crate key. Progress is automatic — there’s no claim step.
/etnation missions
Joining or founding a nation drops your personal mission cycle — you pick up the nation’s
missions instead.
A dedicated title line rewards staying nationless and self-sufficient:
| Title | Rarity | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Lone Wolf | Rare | 7 days seen online while nationless, and 5,000 blocks travelled |
| Wandering Sovereign | Epic | Own Lone Wolf, 30 nationless days, 1,000,000 EP |
| Unbound | Legendary | Own Wandering Sovereign, 90 nationless days, 10 personal missions completed |
“Nationless days” counts distinct days you were online without being in a founded nation — it
resets if you join or found one. See Titles for how title evolution and
bonuses work in general.
If you play Gaia, its territorial power tiers don’t require a founded nation —
your own personal FTB claims count as home territory for its bonus, the same as a founded
nation’s claims would.
