A craftsman's intuition, earned the only way it can be — by forging. While you hold this skill:
Runesmith's Insight cannot be learned with EP. It is automatically granted by the Forge after 25 successful crafts (default, server-configurable). Just keep smithing.
There's nothing to press or toggle — the bonuses apply themselves whenever you work the forge.
